On March 29, 2022, the PCAOB adopted charters governing the membership and activities of its two new advisory groups — the Investor Advisory Group (IAG) and the Standards and Emerging Issues Advisory Group (SEIAG).
The PCAOB Investor Advisory Group (IAG), which provided the Board with the views and advice of experts who have a demonstrated history of commitment to investor protection, on broad policy issues, and other matters that affect investors, was dissolved as of March 29, 2021, with the establishment of the Standards Advisory Group.
